I just received a pre-Christmas gift from a friend Dec. 18th that I was NOT expecting. She gave me a lovely red necklace and earring set because she knows I like red. Then she took me out for dinner and we she went to fill a prescription. While we were waiting, I decided to look at the jewellery section for a cross for my daughter. The tiny diamond had fallen out and when I took it to a jeweller to have it replaced, he told me you can’t repair the claws on silver jewellery. I was so dissappointed because this was her favorite piece which I gave her two Christmas’s ago. I couldn’t find anything suitable because I know her style. Luckily there was a saleslady nearby and when I asked her if they had any more crosses, she took me to an area I wasn”t familiar with. THERE IT WAS!!!. The exact piece she had and it was the only one left. The original hadn’t been purchased at this store and had closed their doors for good, so I couldn’t go back there. I was so excited. I was in the right place at the right time thanks to my friend going for her prescription and that helpful clerk. Usually you can’t find anyone to help you especially at this busy time of the year. I also found a pair of slippers for my son I had been looking for, but were sold out everywhere. The ones I purchased were similar so I am quite pleased with that. It was a perfect day to say the least. Merry Christmas to everyone!!!
