We have officially kicked off the Reliance Fall Better Home Challenge and over the next few weeks our goal is to share and discuss ways to save energy and stay comfortable as we gear up for the big chill.     made sure that the furnace area is clear of any clutter, and all of the vents are open

    So far I have put up energy saving blinds on the window in our bedroom. I’ve noticed a difference already. I used to feel a breeze in my bedroom, and unless I open the blinds..I don’t any more.

    I injected expending foam and re-caulked around the windows and made sure the door weather stripping was in good order (not pinched or broken)

    We put plastic on our windows, replaced our outside dryer vent cover, and caulked drafts.

    I have replaced chalking …..
