Reliance Eco Summer Challenge – Daily Draw #8


Welcome back everyone! The Eco Summer Challenge is quickly drawing to a close and if you are just joining us, our goal this month is to share and discuss ways to save energy, money and reduce our impact on the environment in the process. Be sure to join us daily for ideas, discussions and more chances to win.

    Do my laundry in cold water and dry clothes on the line as much as posible

    I don’t do my laundry till after 7 pm. And only use cold water. Also have the new front loading machines that are energy efficient. :)

    I try only to do laundry when necessary, every 2 or 3 weeks and most items I hang to dry.

    I only wash full loads and always in cold water.

    By doing laundry at off-peak times and by recycling the containers.

    Turning off air conditioner when temp indoors is 75 unplugging lamps etc when not in use. Turning off all light except the ones in the room you are using,doing laundry on off peak hours and using cold water
