That’s my “New Heart” Birthday age. I had a Heart Transplant and I’ve made it into my 11th year. Got my Gold Pin from my Transplant Clinic @ Toronto General Hospital at Christmas. These are years I almost didn’t get to have with my kids. I am truly blessed and that is my greatest achievement!
