everything in moderation, pace yourself whether your goals are self improvement financial etc. if you dive into something to quick you may be setting yourself up for failure, eg. i am going to exercise for one hour everyday..it can be overwhelming exhausting and too time consuming it’s about changing habits so start slow, work your way up, and don’t kick yourself for falling off the wagon just get back up and try try again:)

Take a step back and re-think what really matters. We get caught up in everyday trivia and forget the important things. Yesterday was a somber reminder for our family as we remembered the passing three years ago of my vibrant mother-in-law, way too young and sorely missed. I was thinking yesterday that if she had the chance she would not worry about the floor being clean or the alarm going off too early, she would just enjoy here family and spend time with them. Focus on what matters, that’s all.
