will try to be kinder to others this year
Be more organized so that I can spend more quality time with my family.
somehow get my energy back—we will have our son and his girlfrind move in-and my daughter-and her drop in friends so—-all help is appreciated
I would like to lose weight and get back to where I was 10 yrs ago.
This year what I most want to change about myself is to be more in the moment and try to be spontaneous and go with the flow, be it with my children, friends or husband.
Get my stress level back under control which hopefully will help get my blood pressure under control too!
I tend to procrastinate a lot, I’m hoping to cut down on that.
