Put my credit card away at home so I don’t use it. It is there for the real emergencies.

I learned that raccoons WILL climb trees to get onto your roof and get into the attic. I never thought I would have a raccoon problem in the city, but last fall a furry little creature proved me wrong

i learned all over again why people don’t like their in-laws during the final few months of preperation for my daughters wedding i was so thankful that i would never have to see those people ever again EVER i feel bad that she still has to attend all those family gatherings with them, i told her just hide your purse and make excuses to leave early poor thing

I learned to always believe in myself and that anything is possible if I put my mind to it, despite what people say.

The most important lesson of 2011 is slow down … for many reasons. To smell the flowers, to savour special times, and especially for our health. In this hurried world, I’ve seen far to many accidents from people hurrying.
